Our mission

Our mission is to provide people with an answer to the search for spirituality and meaning by proclaiming the way, the truth and the life in the person of Jesus Christ and by teaching the treasures of the Bible, the Word of God. We also aim to encourage, edify and equip Christians.

Our values

Just like the Bible which mentions that: « Wisdom has built her house, she has set up its seven pillars » (Proverbs 9: 1), we have seven values:

– Love

Our understanding of love is rooted in God who is love. Renewed by His Spirit, He gives us the power to love him and to love our peers.

– Compassion

Following Jesus Christ, we are moved with compassion towards mankind’s spiritual and human suffering. Refusing indifference, we are ambassadors of the Gospel’s power of transformation.

– Humility

We want to focus on Christ and his presence to see God’s greatness. We want to be creatures who recognise our creator and our dependence on Him as we cannot be self-sufficient. We need Him, He reveals our true identity in Christ, He carries us in our weaknesses and limits and gives us gifts and talents to serve Him as well as serve one another.

– Audacity

Carried by the Gospel, we refuse resignation and fatalism. We want to walk beyond obstacles and to dare taking risks to testify of our Saviour. To achieve this, we need God and we expect Him.

– Trust

The trust that Christ had in His companions and in those who followed Him allowed them to grow and be set free in their gifts and calling. More broadly, the victory of the cross has opened up a visible hope and an achievable communion.

Realising that Christ trusts us, we can in turn place our trust in Him, be builders of trust and cultivate benevolence and encouragement.

– Servant leadership

Associate direction and service is the heart of the servant leadership. The servant leader while communicating the vision and defining the mission, is at the service of the people with whom he works together with and of the people Transform wishes to reach, creating a environment conductive to making them thrive and enabling them also to be servant leaders. Jesus is a servant leader: He shows/paves the way, looks after men’s growth and embodies the spirit of service by washing feet.

– Collaboration

To collaborate is to put our gifts in the service of Christ to fulfil the apostolic mandate and the Lord collaborates with us (Mark 16:20).
